Twice this week, I have watched an elderly individual, fade into the busy life in which we all live. One man just needed Panadol for his wife but the shop assistant simply said it’s in ‘6’. But he struggled to navigate the supermarket and as I watched him go in the wrong direction, I left all my groceries and took him where he needed to go. Today, I watched an elderly man struggle in the heat, who had obviously had a fall with a huge scrape and blood on his leg. He walked past people in the cafe, while he slowly made his way to his car. Not one person stopped. Or looked. Or acknowledged him. I took him to his car and checked he was ok. He told me he had a fall and wasn’t sure how the air con worked in his car so he just didn’t use it. I sat with him, until his air con kicked in and heard him talk about the old frail body that he is in, that fails him now, every single day. When you see an elderly person walking down the street, searching in the supermarket or struggling to their car, ...

Archaic Muslim Extremists Firebomb Christian Churches
Two more churches in Malaysia were firebombed Sunday, bringing the total to six since a court ruled that non-Muslims can use the word "Allah" as a term for God. No one has been hurt in the attacks, which began Friday. They follow a high court's ruling that Christians can use the word "Allah" in literature printed in the country's official language, Malay. In Malay, the word for God is "Allah," as it is in Arabic. But many in the predominantly Muslim country, including the government, believe the word should be exclusive to Islam. The bombings may be an attempt to intimidate judges to overturn the decision. Political leaders from a range of parties deplored the attacks on the churches. Prime Minister Najib Razak visited one of the targeted churches on Saturday and called for calm. Emphasizing his resolve to mai...

This is the must ridiculous thing you can see, what a stupid family do that.
The fees were $1.40 for cars - buses about $7.
Then, one day, after 25 solid years of never missing a day of work, he just didn't show up; so the Zoo Management called the City Council and asked it to send them another parking agent.
Assuming 7 days a week, this amounts to just over $7 million dollars ...... and no one even knows his name.
cud he be one of this gang of Oldies?

Let the family do what they want. Its all a show for everyone to see that he went out in style. He was eventually laid in a coffin for his burial. The bike was not buried with him. The funeral home is under investigation now for their decision to rake in money for this "project".

Em cada trova que eu faço,
eu digo pra quem lê,
vai-me um pequeno pedaço

Aos meus amigos que lê
esta trova de rosas e jasmins
em cada flor que rego
fica uma para mim.
Para todos os meus amigos
com amor e carinho
guardo amor e perfeição
