Same as yesterday ; just beautiful to sit in a sunny sheltered area besieged by birds of multi species, I wonder if their hunger fuelled devotion to me would change if they were aware we ate chicken roast for dinn dinns.
Thank you Rosemary for your beautiful card and Large Bottle of Bailey's, Which no doubt Rosemary will enjoy later in the day. Her single card on the shelf is devoid of company. BTW we have about 20 grown family members in the land of OZ average first union time about 5 years not even a seven year itch, so navigating a stretch of 58 years would seem effectively impossible - probably frightening too.
I suppose it depends on the luck of the draw, I was lucky second time around, wouldn't swap her for Quids.oxoxox.

Hi Auntie Rose and Uncle Les, A very happy wedding anniversary to you both, 58 years is a wonderful achievement and we wish you both the very best. We are on holiday at present in the Cape Verde island of Boa Vista, weather and hotel are both good. Love and best wishes from Christine and Steve xxxxxxxxxxx
DearUncle Les and Auntie Rose,
Just want to share our happy news with you. We have 2 new beautiful granddaughters born yesterday. Their names are Grace Kathleen who weighed in at 4lbs 13ozs and Jessica Frances 4lbs 8ozs. They were born at 34 weeks, so they are in special care units for now. Claire had a rough time, developed pre-eclampsia and had to have a section, so is very sore at the moment.
Hope you are both well
Love Deb xxxxxxx
Message forwarded with No OFFENCE meant to any of you
It is high time all good Christians stopped sending emails around
promising rewards and favours from God or Our Lady.
I'm Fr. Bob McConaghy of Greenbelt chapel in Makati , Philippines. I
just want to make the point that the Catholic Church is opposed to
spiritual chain letters, especially those that are rooted in the
"gospel of prosperity" - or God wants to make you rich and will do so
if you forward such emails to 7, 12, 15 or as many names you have in
your address book. It's idolatrous baloney. It claims illegitimate
devotion to Jesus, Mary, and or saints and it frightens people to
believe that if they don't send the letters something bad will happen
to them. I beg you please not to spread these messages anymore. I've
heard enough confessions in my 32 years to know how these letters fool
and frighten people and give them a false image of Our Lady, not to
mention that it encourages idolatry and a magical approach to
religion. I am sure you were not aware of this and mean no ill will.
There is no sin here on your part; you just want good things for
people, and that is noble. In all humility I would ask you to forward
this note to others. In Christ,
Fr. Bob McConaghy
"You may not be her first, her last, or her only. She loved before she may love again. But if she loves you now, what else matters? She's not perfect - you aren't either, and the two of you may never be perfect together but if she can make you laugh, cause you to think twice, and admit to being human and making mistakes, hold onto her and give her the most you can. She may not be thinking about you every second of the day, but she will give you a part of her that she knows you can break - her heart. So don't hurt her, don't change her, don't analyze and don't expect more than she can give. Smile when she makes you happy, let her know when she makes you mad, and miss her when she's not there." — Bob Marley
