Patrons of restaurants must be given the option of more than a cursery glance in the food preparation sector of the restaurant in order to be self assured of its cleanliness prior to ordering a meal. This would not give the patron any right to pr-judge, or pass any remark but simply to leave the restaurant and make a formal reccomendation to the authorities later.
