No answer for any of the questions. Suppose I could Google president of Niger in 1999. Fairies in national service sounds interesting.

No. 3....After Ibrahim Baré Maïnassara was assassinated in April, 1999, Mamadou Tanda took over.

No. 1 "The First Time I Saw Your Face"....but seeing A and E were the first man and woman to set foot on earth would Adam even know what a song was. Who wrote it...Johnny Mercer, perhaps? Gershwin...Kristoffesen? Maybe it was "Hallelujah" when he discovered he was not alone and it was a woman in his midst, not another man! :)

LEE. here is a print out of what the answer could be, there seems to have been a heap of confusion in Niger at the time.in any case, I shall award you a correct answer for Question 3.

A few days after the assassination of Ibrahim Bare Mainassara, a military junta headed by Major Daouda Wanke took power.he is the unsavoury WANKHEAD who was responsible for mass murder of the innocent and unarmed.
They pledged to hold civilian elections by the end of the year.

In August 1999 a new constitution was adopted following a referendum which granted an amnesty for those involved in the coup.

In November a former army officer, Tandja Mamadou, was elected president after a close-run election.

On the second anniversary of Ibrahim Bare Mainassara's death in April 2001 more than 2,000 protesters gathered in front of Niger's parliament to demand a full inquiry into his killing.
